What started as a small kitchen experiment soon grew into a dream & turned this passion project into a brand that brings wholesome, artisanal sourdough to homes across Pune. It all began with a love for honest, slow baking — and a belief that good bread doesn’t need to be complicated. At The Indian Sourdough Company, we follow age-old methods of natural fermentation, using a live sourdough starter and zero artificial ingredients.
